冗談半分で申し込んだワールドカップ南アフリカ大会のチケットに当選してしまいました。日本の予選3試合を観戦できるというチケットです。

休暇をとって本当に6月に南アフリカに行けるのか・・・。大旅行になること間違いないので、色々と計画を練り始めたいと思います。

You have the ability to view the status of your ticket application at any time within your FIFA.com customer account by following the below steps:

 

1.  Click on the FIFA.com / Ticketing page link located on the left hand side of this communication.

2.  Select View your Application from the menu items of the Ticketing page.

3.  Log in to your FIFA.com Club account and you will then be presented with a summary of your Ticket request(s) and status.

 

If you find that you are having trouble getting to your FIFA.com Club account please make sure that you are not already logged in to FIFA.com.  If necessary please log out and then start the process again.

 

If you have any queries regarding your ticket application please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) located within the Ticketing webpage.  If you still have unanswered questions please contact the FWCTC via the details contained in the Contact section located at the top of this communication. 

 

FIFA strongly recommends all successful applicants to plan their attendance to the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ and for those who may require accommodation and other travel services, please refer to the accommodation services from the FIFA World Cup™ Accommodation Office and the Authorised Travel Packages from the Participating Tour Operators. These options can be found on FIFA.com, please refer to the ‘Accommodation’ and ‘Tour Operator’ menu items located within the FIFA.com / Ticketing page link on the left hand side of this communication. Alternatively, we recommend you contact your travel agent at the earliest opportunity.

Please note the supply of these Tickets remain subject to the Ticket General Terms and Conditions, Public Sales Regulations, Stadium Code of Conduct and other requirements of the Ticket Application that you agreed to comply with when you submitted your Ticket Application.  Furthermore, please be aware that the Republic of South Africa has issued a regulation (pending enactment) that states that no person shall, without the written authority of FIFA: (a) sell or otherwise dispose of 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ Tickets or any rights pertaining to them, to another person for commercial purposes; (b) use 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ Tickets for advertising, sales or promotional purposes, or as part of a hospitality or travel package; or (c) to use any Ticket transferred or acquired in violation of (a) or (b) above, without the written authority of FIFA.  Please refer to the “Authorised Sales Channels” menu item on the FIFA.Com / Ticketing page for more information.

そうそう。
世界一治安の悪い街と言われるヨハネスブルグだから、もし自分が当たったらどうするだろう…なんて考えちゃいました(笑)。
でも、行かなきゃ後悔するよね！

実際どれ位危険なのか、疑問に思っています。
というのも、ロンドンでは周りに結構南アフリカに行ったことある人がいて、皆「最高！」と口を揃えて言っているし、1995年にラグビーワールドカップを開催した実績があるからです。
さあ、そろそろ航空券抑えようかな。
